Michael MacDonald has been with Retro Cannabis since day one in various roles. He has helped guide the company’s evolution into a national brand recognized for Premium Craft Quality cannabis. His focus on regulatory compliance, product development, and distribution has supported Retro’s successful rollout of multiple product lines across Canada’s competitive cannabis landscape.

Michael is also an active member of the team at AESI, a Canadian manufacturer of CO₂ extraction systems serving both the cannabis and natural products sectors. At AESI, he works across operations and client strategy, contributing to projects throughout North America and expanding markets in Europe and Asia.
